Jeans, cords or any cotton trousers in a heavier fabric always work well as main stay of your bag
Childrens clothing in cottons with little appliques or ruffles and frills add unique detailing to your bag
adult sized tshirts can be used as the lining inside very easily.
Baby bedding is always a good fabric to use as it washes well.
