If you shop with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number, email address, delivery address and if you registered with us at time of purchase your password information associated with the account you created.
If your payment was over the telephone we key your credit/debit card details immediately into the chip and pin machine and store no details of your credit/debit card number.
Payment via the website is through Paypal and you can view their Privacy Policy at www.Paypal.co.uk
Should you have entered a competition we hold your name, address and telephone number only.
If you have signed up to receive a newsletter via email we only hold your name and email address. You can cancel this subscription at any time by emailing to Enquiries@PinkElly.co.uk with unsubscribe in the title.

Your account order history helps us keep our product range right for you and other customers.
We use the information held such as addresses for operational purposes like sending your order and dealing with any enquiries.
Occasionally we may use this information to send you details of special offers, newsletters, competitions and mail order catalogues.
The information we hold about our customers helps us improve the shopping experience with Pink Elly.
We never ever make our mailing lists available to any other parties, we HATE it when other companies do that to us. This is subject to review at all times and we will advise immediately if we change our policy. Any change of policy will include a tick box to opt out.

All products we sell on this website conform with the appropriate UK safety and consumer regulations. All toys comply with EC toy regulations and carry the CE mark. Should any of our manufacturers recall we will post a notice on this website and endeavor to contact you immediately.
Prices & Availability
All prices are correct at time of publishing on the website and are valid until 30th January 2010 and include VAT as applicable. It may be necessary to amend the prices up or down from time to time due to market fluctuations and this will be done straight on to the website when applicable and should not affect you in any way other than you may notice a price difference since the last time you visited the website.
Pink Elly reserve the right to send you a suitable alternative should your item be out of stock. We would normally email to confirm first.
Pink Elly reserves the right to offer products elsewhere at different prices to those on the website. These places include the shop at Botany Bay, Party Plan events, Amazon and Ebay where prices may be higher due to higher costs involved or lower to reflect single postage charge that is high. Occasionally Pink Elly exhibits at Public Shows and offers discounts on purchases there.
Product are all subject to availability and whilst we normally hold stock on everything, some items may not be immediately available especially during busy periods. We will notify you accordingly via email if any of your order is delayed or unavailable. We will endeavour to ship your order within 3 days of you placing it, but during busy periods it may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched.
Product Images & Descriptions
Every effort has been made to portray items correctly however, some colour and other slight variations between the images on the website and actual product may occur. Our own made products do all differ slightly in design and colour as stated to keep them unique and individual.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason prior to dispatch please email Sales@PinkElly.co.uk to do this. To cancel your order after dispatch please follow the returns information below. Should you have ordered a personalised item, or item made to your specifications we regret if manufacture of this item has commenced then it cannot be cancelled nor returned.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason (excluding personalised or own specification orders) then please return it to us within 14 days, after obtaining a returns code by emailing Info@PinkElly.co.uk, in the original undamaged packaging and we will happily replace it or give you a refund - its that simple.
Regretfully we cannot refund postage, packing and insurance costs to you as they are direct costs and can only be refunded in cases of cancellation prior to dispatch. This helps us keep our normal postage charges lower.
Costs to return the item are your responsibility and you will remain liable for any and all returned products until they safely reach our warehouse. We request that you obtain a proof of postage certificate at time of return; these are available free of charge from the post office.
We will endeavour to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible upon receipt. Credit notes can be used with your next order but not for postage.
Personalised or own specification items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced where possible and returned to you as quickly as we can. Should we be unable to do this then a credit note or refund will be issued.
Liability Disclaimer
Pink Elly's total liability for any claim whatever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer. Pink Elly shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether from breach of contractural duty or any other way unless liability is imposed by statute. Pink Elly cannot and does not accept liability for improper use of goods or failure to comply with instructions with the product. Pink Elly does not however limit liability for personal injury or death due to Pink Elly's willful misconduct or negligence.
By law all customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of the day after the order is delivered. Items are provided to you on approval and legal title, therefore, only passes to you 14 days after delivery. When you place an order this represents an offer which is accepted by us by way of issuing a delivery note. All items listed on this delivery note form part of our contract with you. Items ordered but not on this note do not form part of this contract.
Pink Elly endeavour to make sure all information provided on this website is correct and up to date, but acknowledge there may be inaccuracies and typing errors. If the goods you receive do not substantially meet the description on our website you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
This website, contact and any contract between Pink Elly and you the customer is covered under the jurisdiction of English law.
